Specialist assessment and treatment for people with musculoskeletal conditions and persistent pain is now run by Cora Health in the Southend are.


This service offers self-referral via PhysioNow for people aged 18 years or over.


Refer yourself for assessment and treatment



If you want to make a self-referral but are unable to complete a self-assessment online, or if you have a question about our service, you can call us on 01268 904 102.


A family or friend can refer you to the service if you are unable to do so. They will need to provide your name, date of birth, address and NHS number
