To our patients,
From Monday 15th November we will ONLY be offering ON THE DAY appointments from 8am.
By releasing all the available appointments first thing, we should be able to manage the appointment system better and offer more appointments to our patients.
We will no longer be offering the facility for patients to call back at 12pm.
To be clear patients should not call back at 12pm, if they need an urgent on the day, they will have to call back at 8am the following day.
Patients will be offered a pre bookable appointment within 7-9 days or if we do not have any appointments and the patient needs to be seen on that day they can call 111 or in an emergency 999.
We appreciate your understanding with the current situation and unprecedented high demand on the GP services.
