Appointments Update

Dear Patients,

We are experiencing a high level on non-attendance for face to face appointments, these appointments could be offered to another patient who may require it. Please call or reply to your appointment reminder text to CANCEL, if you are unable to attend.

Patients are arriving late to their appointments and risking not being seen. It is your responsibility to arrive for your appointment on time, failure to do so may result in you having to rebook another appointment.

In order to enable us to use our appointment system proactively it is of paramount important that we can offer all available appointments to patients that need them, we look forward to being able to offer you care, treatments and services available at Southend Medical Centre.
